Manufactory:

HELLENIC PROPELLES LTD manufactures propellers with a diameter of 30 cm, up to 2 m, made of manganese and nickel alloy brass. The process begins with the fluid dynamic study and the calculation of a suitable propeller for your vessel. Subsequently, the mold construction and casting are implemented, and the process is completed with the metal machining, pitch configuration and dynamic balancing.

Each propeller produced by our company is custom designed, in order to correspond to the requirements of the vessel with precision and maximize its propulsion abilities.

3D Scanning:

In order to achieve the utmost precision, HELLENIC PROPELLES LTD has developed a department of study and digital modeling using 3D Scanning.

When necessary, the geometry of the propeller is scanned three-dimensionally and transported from the material environment to a digital one, following an admirable technique known as reverse engineering. The new propeller is manufactured optimized at a 5 axis CNC milling machine with the processing capability of a propeller, up to 1500mm in diameter.

REPAIR:

Along with manufactory, the company provides support to its customers, with percussion repair services, restoration of bents, welding refill of material loss and restoration of cavitation pitting spots , for propellers with a diameter of 30 cm up to 2 m.
